BENJAMIN POH CHEE SENG is a qualified Lawyer, CFA Charterholder, Chartered Accountant and Chartered Surveyor. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial, tax and legal services industry. He began his career as statutory auditor with Arthur Andersen in year 1996, and tax adviser with KPMG in year 1998. During his career with Arthur Andersen and KPMG, he consulted Multinational Enterprises, Large and Medium Enterprises in Malaysia on audit, finance and tax related matters.
In year 2002, he worked with Malaysia Assurance Alliance Ltd, later acquired by Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Ltd, as an independent risk consultant to provide wealth and risk management services to individuals, firms and companies in Malaysia for more than 15 years. In year 2004, he founded an accounting and tax practice in Malaysia to provide financial reporting, tax and company secretarial services to firms and companies in Malaysia.
In year 2011, he passed the Malaysian Bar Exam and was called to the Malaysia Bar on 8 November 2013. He is a practicing advocate and solicitor of High Court of Malaysia, specializing in tax advisory and litigation, private wealth planning, estate and trust law, securities and corporate law advisory and litigation. He frequently appears before Special Commissioner of Income Tax, High Court and Court of Appeal on tax and corporate litigations. He also acts as Senior Counsel to PCS Advisory Group in which member firms are licensed to provide audit, tax, private wealth management and real estate asset management services in Malaysia.
